  • Include asset version.
  • Include complete console errors.
  • Describe reproduction steps.
  • Confirm whether optional third-party packages are installed.

Support scope

Support covers installation guidance, package usage, documented features and reproducible package issues. Custom project development, third-party asset debugging, VPS administration and private game architecture are not included unless separately agreed.
